GREAT GREAT WEEK
This week I lost all 7 pounds I gained last week plus one. I am down to 320 even. I also ran 12 miles in all this week and got in all my workouts. It was a good week indeed! This weekend I will run 5 more miles and continue on the journey that will take me to the finish line of the Nashville half and more.
